About BoegerWeb

Hello, my name is Jack and I am an independent web designer and developer based in Alameda, California. I am originally from St. Louis, Missouri where I was sometimes credited for bringing live music back to the Central West End and was very involved with the local music scene. I moved to Hood River, Oregon in the mid-90's and eventually wound up in San Francisco where I co-founded Financial Interactive, a software and web-services based startup that was eventually sold to SS&C Technologies.

You can learn more about my current business at Superclean Web Services where I create and maintain websites for a wide variety of business, from B2B sites to specialized musician sites (including my favorite musician Danny Barnes) and many others around the country and the San Francisco Bay Area. My specialty is building powerful, customized Content Management System websites based on Drupal, the open source stalwart.

I am also very involved in my local community and have contributed simple sites such as my Lum School PTA to robust and well-known resource sites such as Alameda Point Info. I am currently focusing my efforts on Alameda's efforts to capitalize on the America's Cup coming to San Francisco Bay in 2013 with the website AlamedaWaterfront.com and working with a city-sponsored commission.

My family is very "aquatic" as we all swim and are also learning to surf on the Marin Coast. To help promote the swimming kids in the area, I created another website AquaticsFan.com which is morphing into more of a "pool finder" resource. Hopefully this will turn into a mobile app.
