This is what the winery says: "Lively, vivid rose pink in color with some salmon glints. Pleasant, intense nose with hints of strawberry. Full and round with nuance of crushed red fruit. Splendidly fresh and long finish." That seems fairly accurate.
Dan at Du Vin always has a few choices around meeting my price point. When my mom is visiting from Florida, I like to have some light wines around. Always hoping for a heat wave. Also... Rosé pairs well with surfing, which we are doing a lot of the next few weeks.
This screw-top fits the bill nicely. I probably pick up some more.
