I'm not often a chard guy but think of this one as THE BONUS.

Literally, at least for me. We were at a swim meet in Napa and it turns out that Stephen Tebb, who is the winemaker at well-regarded Robert Craig, is a swimming dad. His wife was running the raffle and I went all-in for a magnum bottle of Robert Craig '08 Cab... and I won!! And this chardonnay from Tebb's side project was the bonus bottle.

We finally got around to this the other night and it's simply great. Juice like this will make you go chard-crazy. Not quite the butter ball of that crazy chard we had at the Bounty Hunter but complex-tasty.
